Every athlete needs to get something different out of their training to maximize their potential. Our performance analysis determines an athlete’s needs and areas to be improved given their athletic demands. We provide athletes and coaches with tailored training recommendations for how they can maximize their performance.
Athlete fatigue is a significant contributor to decreased performance as well as soft tissue injuries. Testing athletes regularly to determine fatigue levels can help athletes and coaches design training to maximize energy levels and performance during competition as well as decrease risk of soft tissue injuries due to muscle strain.
A problem many athletes and coaches have is returning to action from an injury before their body is ready. Subjecting the body to forces it is not ready to handle makes it more likely athletes will spend an extended amount of time on the sidelines. Monitoring the strength of the injured body part provides coaches with information on if a player is ready to return to competition.
